Departure for the Camiguin Island Trip trip from Blue Star Dive & Resort at 6:30am just after breakfast for a 3 hour journey  to Camiguin Island, Camiguin can be clearly seen from Anda.

Camiguin Island is known as the “Tropical Paradise of the Asian Continent” and is famous for its Pastel, a Spanish bun-cake with sweet caramel inside.
Pristine white beaches, hot- and cold springs, waterfalls and (active) volcanoes are the main focus points for this trip. You will visit the hot springs and the waterfalls and you will have the opportunity to do some volcano trekking and/or visit the local market.

In the afternoon there is the possibility to snorkel/dive on a local reef or at the “Sunken Cemetery“, which lies 30 feet underwater. A huge cross was built in 1982 to commemorate the community cemetery which sunk during the volcanic eruption of Mt. Vulcan (also know as “the Old Volcano“) in 1871. Sunken Cemetery is one of the most visited tourist spots on Camiguin Island and one of the most unique dive-sites in the world. Whilst diving or snorkeling you can see the old tombstones covered with corals and schools of fish swimming amongst them.

Lunch can be pre ordered or guests can choose to explore the surrounding markets and restaurants, on the boat there is coffee, tea and water available throughout the day.
